Take Care is a soft place to land.

In this space we offer a place to gather, breathe, and belong.A modern sanctuary for rest, movement, and meaningful connection.

Take Care is a space to slow down—together.

Through guided breathwork, gentle movement, intentional rest, and meaningful conversation, we’ll reconnect to our intuition, our power, and each other.

This is a space to:

  • Rest 

  • Get curious

  • Be soft

  • Exhale deeply

  • Be witnessed without being judged

  • Remember who you are beneath the pressure

  • Build real community with women who understand

Rest is not laziness. Softness is not weakness. Community is medicine.

Come as you are. Leave more rooted in yourself.

This is a space where you are encouraged to show up as your full/authentic self. A space where you don’t have to perform, prove, or improve yourself to belong. We gather to breathe, move, rest, and be in community, authentically, simply and intentionally.

Take Care isn’t about fixing or becoming.
It’s about remembering what it feels like to be grounded, supported, and at ease.

Each gathering offers a steady rhythm you can return to. A pause in your week. A place where care is practiced, not talked about.

No pressure. No expectations. Just presence.

Yoga for empaths

 

Are you an empath or highly sensitive person (HSP)? 

An empath is a person that is sensitive to the feelings of others. It’s like compassion on overdrive, not only do we feel for other people, we can sometimes take on the feelings of other people. 

Often empaths are healers by profession: yoga teachers, therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers etc. 

Being an empath is a beautiful gift and can also be overwhelming and draining. In order to protect yourself, and your energy it is helpful to be aware of how you are feeling and find practices to protect your energy before you are overwhelmed. 

Yoga is a great tool to help you both gain self-awareness of how you are feeling, strengthen your intuition and to reset your body physically and emotionally when you are feeling drained or overwhelmed. 

During class we move, breathe and rest together to protect and harness your beautiful light-filled energy so that you can avoid feeling drained by the energy of people around you.

As Empaths it is very common to feel misunderstood and like an outsider so another benefit of joining this class is to find a supportive community of people that “get it.”

We begin with a movement practice that remains the same every week and end with healing Reiki Infused Rest (with consent, you can opt out of receiving Reiki).
